In the ABI and MilliGen/PerSeptive DNA synthesis tests, the sub-sieve pack can keep the water content in the nitrile and activator bottles below 10 ppm, without having to worry about the valve or the throttle valve being divided into the sub-sieve. Dust or lint on the packaging bag is clogged. It can be directly used for the dewatering of 500 ml, 1L, 2 L and other solvent bottles, and the sub-sieve pack specifications can also be customized.

Instructions and usage

The molecular trap is vacuum-packed, and it needs to be opened even if it is used, and the seal of the reagent bottle must be ensured during use.
2g sieve for 24 h can reduce 165 ppm water content in 500 ml nitrile to 105 ppm.
5 g sieve for 24 h can reduce 172 ppm water content in 500 ml nitrile to 58 ppm.
10 g sieve 24 h It can reduce 166 ppm water content in 1 L nitrile to 68 ppm.
20 g sub-sieve can reduce 162 ppm water content in 4 L nitrile to 109 ppm for 24 h.

We recommend 2 g subsieve for 50-250ml reagent bottles, 5g for 250-500ml reagent bottles, 10g for 500-1000ml reagent bottles, and 20g for 1000-2000ml reagent bottles.

Assurance

Each sub-screen package undergoes strict quality control during the production process. And it is necessary for customers to check the packaging before use:

First, confirm that the packaging vacuum is intact. Any vacuum leakage or air entry will reduce the performance of the product.

Second, be careful when opening the packaging to prevent the sub-screen packaging film from being scratched, and check whether the film is There is a leak.

Post-use treatment

It is not toxic or harmful, they will be contaminated by chemicals and solvents they come into contact with and should be disposed of as contaminated waste after use.

The molecular trap is suitable for long-term exposure to nitrile, and may also be used for acetic acid, ether,acetic ether,butyl acetate , alcohol, isopropanol, methanol, butanol, Phenol, pyridine, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, methyl chloride, nitrogen methyl imidazole, etc.

It may not be suitable for long-term exposure to tetrahydrofuran, toluene, methyl formamide (DMF), methyl methyl amide (DMAc), N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and other solutions.
